Experiences & Offerings

Experiences
Designed to Reset You

For retreat centers, wellness venues, outdoor spaces, and individuals

These are not wellness experiences you observe from a safe distance. They are full-body invitations — into cold water, open sky, your own breath, the sound of bowls resonating in your chest. Each offering is designed around the nervous system, built on twenty years of outdoor facilitation, and held with the kind of safety that allows people to actually go somewhere new. Whether you're coming alone or bringing a group, the work is the same: show up, slow down, and see what becomes possible. Everything here is designed around one belief: that the deepest change comes from reconnecting — with your own body, with the people around you, and with the natural world.

Retreats & Experiences

01

Outdoor Immersion Yoga

60–90 min · Groups or Individuals

Movement practice designed for the ground beneath your feet, not the studio floor. Sequences respond to terrain, season, and the energy of the group. Morning practices on lakeshores. Evening flows in forest clearings. This is yoga as it was always meant to be — in relationship with the living world.

Best for: Retreat programming, wellness weekends, outdoor venues

02

Sauna & Cold Plunge

1.5 - 2.5hrs · Small groups

Guided thermal contrast experiences rooted in Nordic sauna culture and modern performance science. Bryn holds these not as a test of toughness but as an opportunity — to sit with discomfort, to practice presence, to discover what you're actually made of. Ceremonial, intentional, and genuinely transformative.

Best for: Leadership development, sauna venues, immersive retreats

03

Sound Journeys

30–75 min · Groups preferred

Immersive sound experiences using Himalayan singing bowls, percussion, and voice. Often held under open sky or within spaces with natural acoustics. A practice in receiving rather than doing — which is, for many people, the hardest practice of all. Deeply restorative. Works on the body at a cellular level.

Best for: Retreat closing ceremonies, wellness events, festivals

04

Retreat Facilitation

Full day to multi-day · Custom design

Full retreat design and facilitation — from the opening arc to the closing circle, every transition intentional. Bryn's approach is trauma-aware without being therapy, structured enough to feel safe and spontaneous enough to feel alive. She has designed retreats for women's groups, leadership teams, school programs, and wellness communities.

Best for: Retreat centers, corporate offsites, women's gatherings, leadership programs

Speaking & Coaching

1

Keynote

45-90 min

A focused talk on leadership, presence, group dynamics, or learning that shifts how your audience thinks about collective experience. Each keynote is customized for your audience, goals and outcomes.

Best for: Conferences, retreats, corporate events

2

Conference Emcee

Individual events to multi-day conference

Authentic, engaging presence that holds the room between sessions and creates continuity, interaction and intention across the program.

Best for: Networking events, multi-day conferences, symposiums

3

Workshop

90 min – half day

Interactive experience in breathwork, grounding, embodied presence, or group dynamics that engages participants directly.

Best for: Corporate retreats, professional development

4

Individual Coaching

Ongoing or project-based

One-on-one support for leaders and facilitators looking to deepen their presence, communication, or group skills.

Best for: Executive coaching, leadership development

How Bryn Works

Trauma-aware, not therapy

Every experience is designed with nervous system safety at the center. Bryn is a Wilderness First Responder with deep training in trauma-informed facilitation. You will never be pushed — but you will be invited, consistently, to the edge of what's comfortable.

Structure with room to breathe

Bryn's experiences are choreographed without being rigid. There is always a plan and always permission to deviate from it. The best moments usually happen in the unplanned spaces — and a skilled facilitator knows how to recognize and hold them.

Something that lasts

The goal of every experience is a shift that doesn't disappear on the drive home. That requires more than a beautiful setting. It requires intentional design, skilled holding, and a clear understanding of how people actually change.

Tell Me What You're Building

Every collaboration starts with a conversation. Tell me about your space, your group, and what you're hoping to create. We'll find out if we're a fit.
